Daily Schedule:

• 7:30am - 6:30pm daily training

• Short break for breakfast + 1 hour lunch break

Morning sessions: asana, anatomy, alignment
Afternoon sessions: yoga philosophy, history, energetics, spiritual practices
Evening sessions: restorative practices such as yin, breathwork, yoga nidra, and meditation

REFUNDS/TRANSFERS: No refunds issued after April 30, 2026. If you need to drop out of the program with more than a month’s notice, we hold 20% of tuition as it’s considered a non-refundable deposit. Always contact your teacher about transferring to a different program.
