Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is inspired by ancient Chinese Taoist practices in which stretches were held for long periods of time. With yin yoga, one practices deep stretching alongside pranayama and meditation.

In this module, you will learn how to safely and effectively facilitate these practices to combine the perfect complement to active lives, especially when accompanied by deep relaxation.
