Monday Night Practice: Foundations of Compassionate Teaching – Explore the ethical principles (yamas/niyamas) and compassionate practices that form the heart of yoga, guiding you in creating supportive, equitable spaces for all students. Meeting every Monday night in February, this track fosters a mini cohort experience, offering connection and shared learning as we dive deeply into the foundations of compassionate teaching.

All participants will meet from 6 pm -9 pm in person at BSY Anderson.

Pay in Full Enrollment Pricing: $175, 12 CEUs

Whether you have completed your 200-hour Teacher Training or are interested in gaining more experience in your yoga practice, this program meets you exactly where you are.
