Somatic practices and self-inquiry techniques to deepen personal awareness and enrich teaching authenticity. Meeting every Monday night in March, this track creates a mini cohort experience, fostering connection and shared learning as we explore the interplay between body awareness, reflection, and authentic teaching practices. 

Whether you have your 200-Hour Teacher Training or interest for more experience in your yoga practice, this program meets you exactly where you are.

All participants will meet from 6 pm -9 pm in person at BSY Anderson.
