Teacher Bio:
Jessica brings both a spiritual connection and practicality to every aspect of her work as a yoga teacher. She weaves her personal experiences with lunar energy, tarot, and oracle practices into her teachings to create transformative and sacred experiences for her students. At the same time, she strives to make her personal mystical practice and public yoga classes accessible and logical to strike a balance between the every day and the divine.
Drawing inspiration from yoga sutras, archetypes, seasonal cycles, and Ayurveda, Jessica emphasizes that the every day is sacred. Her classes are an invitation to explore the depths within and cultivate a deeper connection to the world around us. Through her guidance, students are empowered to embrace the esoteric side of their practice as a way to enrich and honor the sacredness of life itself.
