Teacher Bio:

Hello everyone! My name is Tylee, and I am truly honored to lead this transformative 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training. With 3 years of experience as a yoga instructor, and 20+ as a student of the powerful ancient wisdom and philosophies of yoga.

I’ve had the privilege to teach in various studios, businesses, and environments, guiding individuals on their unique paths to whole-body wellness and self-discovery. Yoga has not only shaped my physical practice but has also profoundly influenced my personal growth and mindset.

Throughout my journey, I’ve explored different styles, teachings, and philosophies, and I am excited to share this knowledge with all of you.

In addition to my work in yoga studios, I operate my own coaching business, where I integrate mindfulness and wellness practices to empower individuals to reach their full potential. This blend of coaching and yoga has enriched my teaching and heart, allowing me to create a holistic and supportive space for my students.

I am passionate about fostering a safe environment of learning, growth, and community.

All participants will meet from 6 pm -9 pm in person at BSY Anderson.
