Learn how to use your voice, mantra, and musical elements to create a dynamic and immersive class experience. This module also explores the stories and mythology behind fundamental asanas, providing tools to incorporate these narratives into your teaching and enriching students' understanding and connection to each posture.

Hello! I’m so excited to share the Voice, Mantra & Myth module with you!

My teaching journey has been shaped by my love of music, poetry, and mythology. I believe that voice is one of our most powerful tools to elevate the experience of our students, be it through verbal cueing, chanting, or the stories we weave into our classes. Yet, for many of us (myself included), finding comfort in using our voice can feel incredibly vulnerable.

In this module, we’ll break down mantras, reflect on using your unique voice, and explore the rich symbolism behind asanas. My goal is to help you find an authentic relationship with these elements so you can integrate them into your classes in a way that feels natural for you. Yes, we might sing a little bit together, and no, you don’t have to be “good” at it!
